Job summary

You will coordinate all aspects of claim resolution, communicate with customers and stakeholders, and support designated accounts. This role offers a flexible, hybrid schedule with two days in the CNA office weekly.

Essential duties include verifying coverage, reserving, settlements, and collaborating with experts to ensure high-quality outcomes and strong service levels.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma required; associates or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must have or obtain Insurance Adjuster License within 90 days where applicable.
• Prior claim handling or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages a portfolio of low to moderate complexity commercial claims per guidelines.
• Provides timely updates to insureds and partners while upholding service standards.
• Verifies coverage, establishes reserves, and assesses liability and settlements within authority.
• Collaborates with internal/external partners to achieve best claim outcomes.
• Ensures compliance with state/local regulations and company guidelines.
