Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience.

• Ability to make appropriate claim decisions and manage workload.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify coverage by reviewing policies and language.
• Evaluate liability by statements, police reports, evidence; negotiate or deny liability.
• Set claim reserves and negotiate settlements within guidelines.
• Document decisions, communications, and activities to ensure compliance.
