Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a claims professional to analyze and process complex auto bodily injury and commercial transportation claims. You will review coverage, investigate liability, determine damages, and ensure timely resolution aligned with client requirements and industry standards.

The ideal candidate has five years of claims management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a team. A flexible benefits package includes medical, dental, and 401K options.

Qualifications

• Five years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Processes complex auto, commercial and personal line claims with proper documentation and coding.
• Responsible for litigation process on litigated claims.
• Coordinate vendor management, including independent adjusters for investigations.
• Report large claims to excess carriers.
• Develops action plans to meet state contact deadlines and drive timely resolution.
• Identify subrogation and risk transfer opportunities; secure and dispose of salvage.
• Communicate claim actions with insured, clients and brokers as appropriate.
• Support the organization's quality programs.
