Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a claims professional in the United States to analyze and process complex auto and commercial transportation bodily injury claims. You will review coverage, investigate liability, and evaluate damages to resolve claims within client expectations.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of claims management experience with knowledge of auto policies.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Professional certification relevant to line of business preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication and team collaboration.
• State adjusting licenses must be secured.

Responsibilities

• Processes complex auto, commercial and personal line claims with proper documentation.
• Manages litigation process on litigated claims.
• Coordinates vendor management and independent adjusters for investigations.
• Reports large claims to excess carrier(s) and tracks deadlines.
• Develops action plans to move files toward timely resolution.
• Identifies subrogation and risk transfer opportunities; handles salvage.
• Communicates claim actions with insured, client, and broker.
