Randstad USA is hiring for an Associate Auto Adjuster I in a hybrid role, supporting non-complex personal auto claims. You will investigate and assist with settlements under established procedures after incidents.

The position offers structured training, mentorship, and career development with pay at $24.00/hour, full-time schedule (Mon–Fri), with in-office presence during initial training. Location options include Richmond, VA and other cities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or working towards one strongly preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, finance, or hospitality.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) and ability to navigate core claims systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with high emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Process and pay non-complex personal auto claims across multiple states; review files and gather missing documentation.
• Make outbound calls in a polite, professional, and empathetic manner to match needs with services.
• Manage appraisal, rental, and vendor processes; confirm resolution and final payment amounts.
• Interpret inquiries, present options, collect documentation, and send necessary correspondence.
• Assist with inbound calls and reassign complex claims to senior adjusters.
