Kemper is seeking an Auto Liability Adjuster Trainee in Doral, Florida. The role involves taking statements, reviewing evidence, investigating losses, and negotiating settlements as part of a structured training program.

You will attend Basic Claims training and may travel during training. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or insurance experience; strong customer service, typing, and communication skills are essential; bilingualism is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1+ years of insurance experience or 3 years equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficient typing and computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Bilingual is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take statements from insureds, claimants, and witnesses.
• Review evidence, reports, and medical records.
• Investigate losses and identify coverage issues.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and attorneys.
• Research state laws and medical terms.
• Attend Basic Claims training and related programs.
• Travel may be required during training.
• Maintain competency and pass performance evaluations.
• Comply with licensing requirements within stated timeframes.
