The Campbell's Company is seeking a packaging line associate to read schedules, monitor packaging machines, and ensure product and bag quality. You will manage changes, maintain clean work areas, and assist with changeovers to support efficient production lines.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of production experience. The role offers full-time hours with the potential for leadership responsibilities and competitive benefits.

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of production experience in manufacturing is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Reads production schedule and plans accordingly.
• Maintains operation of packaging machinery and monitors codes, dates and prices.
• Keeps supplies stocked and ready for each machine to run.
• Adjusts machine setup for efficient, low-waste operation.
• Operates packaging equipment and performs changeovers with proper sanitation.
• Plans ahead for machine changeovers and product transitions.
• Ensures proper film and bag seals and consistent machine speeds.
• Monitors weights and product appearance; reworks acceptable product as needed.
• Keeps work areas clean and reports maintenance issues promptly.
• Adheres to safety and hygiene guidelines; may lead other packers.
• Overtime may be required; may perform other duties as assigned.
