Barcel USA LLC is seeking a Case Packer Operator to operate and maintain case packing machinery in a fast-paced production environment. The role requires attention to detail, safety compliance, and the ability to troubleshoot equipment to ensure efficient packaging of products.

Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent; technical/trade cert in food production is a plus.
Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Proven experience as a Case Packer or similar role in a production environment.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control processes.
Ability to operate and troubleshoot case packer equipment.

Mansioni

Operate and monitor the case packer during production following safety guidelines and SOPs.
Prepare the machine according to the production schedule and adjust based on product specs.
Conduct routine inspections of the case packer and address issues.
Report equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the appropriate personnel.
Adhere to GMP, SOP, and safety regulations.
Follow sanitation and cleaning procedures to maintain a clean environment.
