Responsibilities

• Drives sales and financial performance by stocking and presenting merchandise with accurate pricing and in-stock levels.
• Provides customer service, assists with purchasing decisions, locates merchandise and resolves issues.
• Ensures technicians are trained and certified; manages service flow and safety procedures.
• Maintains Auto Care Center areas, handles claims/returns, and monitors environmental compliance.
