• May require state Certificate of Eligibility where applicable.
• Attending and completing all job trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive sales and financial performance in the Auto Care Center and service area.
• Ensure customer service excellence and handle customer issues.
• Maintain safety, pricing, displays, and signing across the auto area.
• Develop and communicate goals, monitor progress and drive improvements.
• Coach and develop associates, fostering a culture of belonging and accountability.
