Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a driven autoservice leader to drive sales and profitability in the Auto Care Center and service area.

The role focuses on stocking, pricing, signage, and inventory control while delivering excellent customer service and promoting automotive products and services. You will coordinate with technicians, ensure certification readiness, and manage daily operations, safety, and compliance across the Auto Care Center.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in automotive service or service industry field.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• For facilities that sell firearms, I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying will require successful completion of a firearms- specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training.
• For facilities that sell only ammunition and have state specific requirements, I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying may require a current state issued Certificate of Eligibility.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Drives sales and financial performance by receiving and stocking merchandise, ensuring proper signing and pricing, and maintaining inventory levels.
• Provides customer service by assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
• Ensures technicians are trained and certified on service procedures and supports workflow in the Auto Care Center.
• Maintains the Auto Care Center and sales floor, handles claims, returns, and environmental disposal, and coordinates with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs.
