Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in automotive service or service industry.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and financial performance in the Auto Care Center and service area.
• Provide customer service by assisting customers and guiding purchasing decisions.
• Stock, rotate, and price merchandise; maintain displays and signage; ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and supervise associates to meet customer and business needs.
