Qualifications

• 2 years experience in automotive service or service industry field.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend all trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales and financial performance in the Auto Care Center and service area by receiving and stocking merchandise, ensuring pricing and in-stock levels, budgeting and forecasting sales, and implementing plans to improve results.
• Provides customer service by assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
• Maintains the Auto Care Center and service area, stocks and rotates merchandise, and ensures safety and OSHA compliance.
• Coordinates and oversees job-related activities, builds relationships with stakeholders, and measures progress toward results.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates, hiring and mentoring, assigning duties, and promoting belonging.
