Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in automotive service or service industry field.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and financial performance in the Auto Care Center and service area.
• Provide customer service and assistance by acknowledging needs and assisting with purchases.
• Stock and rotate merchandise, maintain displays, pricing, and signage; ensure inventory accuracy and signing.
• Train associates, assign duties, and promote a sense of belonging and integrity in the workplace.
