Job summary

Walmart Inc. in Vancouver, WA is seeking an experienced Auto Center Supervisor to drive sales and manage the service area, stock merchandise, ensure pricing accuracy and signage, and coordinate inventory levels.

You will deliver customer service, assist with purchases, and help maintain a safe, well-organized environment. The role requires 2 years in automotive service, 1 year in supervision, a valid driver's license, and willingness to complete required trainings.

Qualifications

2 years experience in automotive service or service industry field.
1 year of supervisory experience.
Valid driver's license.
Attend and complete all job-required trainings and assessments (Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and firearms training may be required.

Responsibilities

Drive sales and financial performance in the Auto Care Center and service area.
Stock merchandise, set up displays and ensure proper pricing and signage.
Provide customer service, assist with purchasing decisions and resolve customer issues.
Maintain Auto Care Center and service area, train associates and ensure safety and compliance.
