Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in automotive service or service industry field.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• May require firearms CBC and Firearms Training where applicable.
• attendance of required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales and financial performance of Auto Care Center and service area.
• Receives and stocks merchandise; maintains pricing, signing, stock and inventory levels.
• Provides customer service, assists with purchases, resolves issues and informs customers on products/services.
• Ensures technicians are trained and certified; supports workflow and vehicle servicing.
• Maintains safety and environment, cleans displays, handles claims and returns as per policies.
