Qualifications

• 2 years experience in automotive service or service industry.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and financial performance in Auto Care Center and service area.
• Provide customer service and assist with purchasing decisions while resolving issues.
• Maintain the Auto Care Center and service area displays, pricing, and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate and oversee technicians, training, and workflow.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and proper disposal of waste.
