Responsibilities

• Drives sales and financial performance in the Auto Care Center and service area by receiving and stocking merchandise, ensuring proper signing and in-stock levels, and forecasting sales.
• Provides customer service by identifying needs, assisting with purchases, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
• Ensures technicians are trained and certified on service-related procedures and coordinates vehicle staging and workflow as needed.
• Maintains the Auto Care Center, inventory, displays, and safety compliance, and oversees claims and returns while coordinating environmental disposal.
