Midas, a leading auto care brand, seeks a Senior Brand Manager to drive strategic brand positioning and national campaigns across North America. You will guide franchisee field marketing, develop toolkit programs, and oversee co-ops while balancing long-term equity with performance-driven foot traffic.

Ideal candidates bring data-driven marketing, agency leadership, and a track record of multi-channel campaigns in franchised retail settings.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 6–8+ years of progressive brand management experience in consumer services/retail.
• Proven success leading multi-channel campaigns and agency management.

Responsabilités

• Lead multi-year brand strategy and ensure consistent brand standards across channels.
• Concept, launch, and optimize national campaigns; manage media and agencies.
• Coordinate with Franchisees; develop local marketing toolkits and co-ops.
• Oversee budget, track KPIs, and report performance to senior leadership.
• Drive CX enhancements and partner with Ops/Product on store-level initiatives.
