Job summary

Midas International, LLC is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead brand strategy, cross-channel campaigns, and franchisee marketing nationwide from Palm Beach Gardens. You will balance data-driven performance with compelling brand storytelling to drive foot traffic and sales growth.

You will manage national campaigns, develop field marketing toolkits, and oversee co-ops, while collaborating with CX, Product, and Operations to elevate the customer experience and brand equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 6-8+ years of progressive brand management experience in consumer services/retail/franchised models.
• Proven success leading multi-channel campaigns that drive foot traffic and sales growth.
• Extensive experience managing external creative, media, and PR agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-year brand strategy and ensure consistent brand identity across touchpoints.
• Plan and optimize national campaigns with media buying support and agency oversight.
• Develop Local Store Marketing toolkits and franchisee co-op engagement.
• Collaborate with CX, Operations, and Product to launch store-level improvements.
• Define KPIs and deliver monthly/quarterly performance reports to leadership.
