Job summary

Saatchi & Saatchi is seeking an Account Executive to collaborate with the Toyota Dealer Association account and cross-functional teams in a hybrid in-office/remote setup. The role emphasizes detail orientation, teamwork, and proactive problem solving.

The position requires 2-3 years of agency or client-facing experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Word, Teams, Excel and Keynote. Compensation range is USD 50,065–66,360 annually.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years agency or client-facing account service experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly detail oriented and organized
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• Proactively communicates across UP and ACROSS teams

Responsibilities

• Attends client, internal and partner meetings.
• Manages social jobs/trafficking, email communications, radio jobs/trafficking, POS production and installation.
• Conducts sales & registration competitive analysis.
• Supports client deliverables and meeting logistics.
• Handles client financial responsibilities in collaboration with supervisors.
