Publicis Groupe in Portland, OR is seeking an Account Executive to work on the Toyota Dealer Association business. You will partner with Regional TDA Account Management and Media Teams to ensure account management fundamentals are flawlessly executed.

This role requires attention to detail, a collaborative mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects with strong communication. The office operates on a hybrid schedule: in‑office four days per week and one day remote, with a focus on client

Qualificações

• 2–3 years agency or client-facing account service experience.
• Proficient with MS Word, Teams, Excel and Keynote.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly detail oriented and organized.
• Understanding of client business and ability to support multiple teams.

Responsabilidades

• Attends client, internal and partner meetings.
• Manages social jobs/trafficking, email communications and radio jobs/trafficking.
• Coordinates POS production/install and sales/registration analysis.
• Supports TDA partnerships, activations, logistics and stadium assets.
• Maintains client communications with dealer groups and boards.
• Monitors monthly client meeting logistics and website QA.
• Assists Account Supervisor and Management Director with deliverables.
• Assists with client meeting prep and logistics and with financial responsibilities.
