You will work alongside experienced technicians, learning dent removal, sanding, painting, and vehicle inspections as part of a 30‑day trial to qualify for an 18‑month Technician Development Program.

Compensation is hourly and ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, with potential bonuses and an emphasis on safety, teamwork, and growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• Trade/Vocational school graduates preferred
• Some on‑the-job experience is preferred
• I‑CAR Gold Class preferred

Responsabilités

• Assist in performing basic auto body repairs under supervision.
• Learn to use and maintain tools for safety and efficiency.
• Participate in vehicle inspections to identify damages and plan repairs.
• Collaborate with team to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and keep workspace organized.
