Caliber Collision is seeking an experienced auto body technician to repair vehicles and restore them to factory specifications. You will work on frames, panels, and structural components, applying precise techniques and using modern equipment.

Team collaboration with estimators and painters is essential to ensure timely, high-quality results. The role demands physical fitness, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Framing, straightening, and squaring frames to factory specs.
• Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrated eye for detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to work with painters, estimators, and front office staff as a team.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and no shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Handle panel and structural work to restore original specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with teammates to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
