Job summary

Caliber Collision in Manchester, NH is seeking an Auto Body Technician with at least two years of experience to repair frames, straighten wrecks, and deliver factory-spec results. You’ll blueprint, weld, and reassemble using modern equipment.

We offer flat-rate pay of $75,000 to $100,000 plus, day-one benefits including medical, dental, vision and a 401(k) match, six holidays, and opportunities for I-CAR and ASE training.

Qualifications

• At least two years of auto body repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square.
• Attention to detail with tightened bolts and welds.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented with ability to work with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work accurately.
• Ensure quality reassembly and final touches.
• Collaborate with teammates to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain clean and safe work area.
