Caliber Collision Reading is seeking an experienced Collision Repair Technician to blueprint and execute precise repairs from frame to final assembly. You will ensure factory-spec reassembly and commit to quality workmanship in a safety‑minded shop environment.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Physically fit: lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work: bring bent/torn parts back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly: fit and finish matter.
• Work as a team: trust and teamwork move cars through.
• Keep it clean: safety and tidiness on the work floor.
