Caliber Berlin CT is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to restore vehicles to factory specifications. You will blueprint and execute repairs from frame rebuilds to panel work, ensuring accurate, safe results.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural knowledge; able to pull, straighten, and square.
• Detail-oriented with emphasis on bolts and welds.
• Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented; collaborates with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsabilités

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair including frame rebuilds and panel work.
• Return parts to factory specs with quality reassembly.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to move vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and adhere to standards.
