Qualificações

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how; ability to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix right first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; precise repairs and tightened bolts.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsabilidades

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork and no shortcuts.
• Full collision repair from minor to major repairs.
• Panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Quality reassembly; final touches and fit/finish matter.
• Work as a team; coordinate with colleagues to move cars through.
• Keep work area clean and safety top priority.
