Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Thorough understanding of auto body repair methods and safety.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Use tools like cutting guns, plasma cutters, and jacks to repair sections.
• Realign chassis/frames and replace damaged parts or glass as needed.
• Weld, fit, and repaint vehicles to factory specs or approved equivalents.
• Ensure work orders meet labor-time guidelines and inspect final results.
