Gerber Collision & Glass in Venice, FL is seeking an Auto Body Technician to assess and repair vehicles to pre-accident condition, disassembling, repairing, and reassembling with attention to quality and speed.

You will work with a team to meet KPIs, follow the WOW plan, prepare cost estimates, and ensure high customer satisfaction. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and technical schooling or apprenticeship; lifting up to 30 pounds; ability to work in a noisy environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work in a noisy environment.

Responsabilités

• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to restore pre-accident condition.
• Repair dents, weld and repaint vehicles to factory standards.
• Replace damaged sections and glass or interiors as needed.
• Ensure repairs meet labor time guidelines and inspect completed work.
