Gerber Collision & Glass in Florida seeks an Auto Body Technician to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition, aligning with our WOW standards and brand promise. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and refinish vehicles while coordinating with teammates to meet KPIs and deliver customer excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; tech program or apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to coordinate with other repairers and use shop tools.

Responsabilités

• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, reassemble, and realign vehicle sections.
• Replace or repair glass, interior parts, and related components.
• Prepare and repaint vehicles with specified finish.
• Ensure work meets KPI targets and passes inspection.
