Responsibilities

• Examine damaged vehicles and plan repair processes efficiently.
• Communicate with team members regarding vehicle repair status.
• Perform quality repairs while adhering to time schedules.
• Decide on repair vs. replacement considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
• Remove upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic components, and trim for access.
• Participate in safety meetings.
• File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces using appropriate tools.
• Supervise apprentices and assist with complex tasks when needed.

Qualifications

• Certification in body repair preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair processes by manufacturer.
• I-CAR welding certification.
• Skill in analyzing measuring data.
• Ability to supervise repair personnel.
• Must pass a thorough background check.

Compensation is based on experience and certifications, structured as a commission/flag pay, guaranteed to meet local minimum wage requirements. The listed pay range reflects typical full-time earnings.
