Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through precise assessments and quality repairs, restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition. You'll disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while aligning with team KPIs and acting as a Brand Ambassador.

Responsibilities include planning repairs, estimating costs, using hand tools and equipment, and ensuring repairs meet quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair preferred.

Aufgaben

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates.
• Repair dents, realign chassis, replace parts and glass.
• Weld and repaint vehicles to spec.
• Complete work orders within labor guidelines and inspect for quality.
