Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass – Pflugerville, TX is seeking an Auto Body Technician with 4–5 years of collision repair experience. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience through meticulous assessment and high-quality repairs, ensuring vehicles are restored to pre-accident condition.

You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, work with the team to achieve KPIs, and uphold our brand standards of speed, quality and customer excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program completion or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• 4–5 years minimum collision auto body repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess and repair vehicles meticulously to restore pre-accident condition.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to high quality standards.
• Collaborate with team to meet KPIs and deliver customer excellence.
• Plan repairs and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Repair glass and body components as needed, including welding and painting.
