Gerber Collision & Glass in Pflugerville, TX is seeking an Auto Body Technician with 4-5 years of collision repair experience to deliver exceptional customer experiences by meticulously assessing and repairing vehicles to their pre-accident condition.

The role involves disassembly, repair, and reassembly of vehicles while supporting speed, quality and customer excellence. A HS diploma or equivalent is required; technical training or a 3-year apprenticeship is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience through meticulous assessment and quality repair to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while supporting speed, quality and customer excellence.
• Work with team to achieve KPIs and be a Brand Ambassador of The Boyd Group at all times.
