Gerber Collision & Glass in Highlands Ranch, CO is hiring an Auto Body Technician to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars, ensuring quality, speed, and customer excellence across the repair process.

The role requires strong knowledge of body repair tools, ability to read job orders, and the stamina to work in a noisy shop environment. Training and opportunities for growth are provided within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Experience with auto body repair tools and processes.
• Must lift up to 30 pounds and work in a noisy environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to restore pre-accident condition.
• Use tools to repair sections, realign chassis, replace parts and glass.
• Weld and fit parts, repaint vehicles to factory specifications.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles after repair.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
