Gerber Collision & Glass in Rogers, AR, is hiring an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repair. You will assess, disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while upholding speed, quality, and customer excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers using various tools.
• Hammer out dents, dimples, and minor body damage; apply filler resins when needed.
• Realign car chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Remove damaged sections and replace with new or aftermarket parts; repair glass and windshields as needed.
• Replace or repair interior parts.
• Weld and fit parts; prep and repaint vehicles to factory-specified or equivalent standards.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles after repair.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
