Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician in the United States to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition with precision and care. The role emphasizes meticulous repair, alignment, and safe operation of tools in a fast-paced shop environment.

You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, ensuring speed, quality, and customer excellence while collaborating with a team and upholding our WOW standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program completion OR a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of repair methods and the tools used in auto body work.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare customer estimates with appropriate tools.
• Hammer out dents and repair minor body damage.
• Realign chassis and frames to fix structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and repair glass and interiors as needed.
• Weld, fit parts, and repaint vehicles to factory standards.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect for quality.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
