Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician in California to professionally assess and repair vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while contributing to speed, quality, and customer excellence in a team setting.

Responsibilities include planning repairs, creating cost estimates, using cutting tools and refinishing, and ensuring work meets labor guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program OR 3-year apprenticeship.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution and customer satisfaction.
• Plan and prepare repair work and cost estimates using proper tools.
• Repair dents, realign chassis, replace parts, and refinish as needed.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality and safety.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
