Caliber in Columbia, TN is seeking experienced collision repair technicians to restore vehicles to factory specifications and safety standards.

You will perform frame straightening, panel and structural work, and precise reassembly as part of a collaborative team. Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts and precise welds.
• Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs with precision.
• Full collision repair from minor to major frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to restore structural integrity.
• Quality reassembly; fit and finish with care.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently and safely.
• Keep the work location clean and safe.
