Caliber is seeking skilled collision repair technicians at our Nashville-area service center. You will repair damaged vehicles end-to-end, from frames to panels, using precise blueprinting and industry-leading equipment.

We value hands-on expertise, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work as part of a team to deliver high-quality results while maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten and square parts.
• No-shortcuts mindset; blueprint and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail with tightened bolts and welds.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
