Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how; pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix right first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts, precise welds.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork.
• Provide full collision repair from dent to finish.
• Handle panel and structural work; bring to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly; final fit and finish matter.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
