You will blueprint and execute precise repairs from minor fender benders to frame rebuilds, collaborate with paint and estimators, and contribute to a safe, efficient shop.

Qualifications

• Two years of auto body repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how with the ability to straighten and square.
• Commitment to precise, high-quality repairs on first try.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with clean, precise methods.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and safe, tidy shop practices.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
