Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Sapulpa, OK is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver an exceptional customer experience by expertly assessing and repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will thoroughly disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars while contributing to the shop’s speed, quality, and customer excellence.

You’ll work with the team to meet repair KPIs, plan repairs, prepare cost estimates, use cutting tools and jacks, and stay aligned with the brand promise as a dedicated

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical training or apprenticeship in auto body repair preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of repair methods and tool usage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Repair dents, realign chassis, and replace parts as needed.
• Weld, paint, and finish vehicles per factory specs.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
