Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver an exceptional customer experience by meticulously repairing and reassembling vehicles to pre-accident condition. The role involves planning repairs, preparing estimates, and using tools such as cutting guns, plasma cutters, jacks, hammers, and pliers to restore vehicles.

You will realign frames, replace parts, weld, and repaint to factory specs, ensuring quality and speed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship completed or in progress.
• Strong understanding of auto body repair methods and tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently.
• Plan repairs and prepare customer cost estimates using appropriate tools.
• Repair dented areas, realign chassis, replace parts, weld and repaint to factory specs.
