Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to assess, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, realign chassis, replace parts, weld, and repaint, ensuring quality and speed in line with WOW standards.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and ideally completed a technical program or apprenticeship. Ability to read job orders and lift up to 30 pounds is required. Excellent teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship as auto body repairer preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with little supervision.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and work in a noisy, odorous environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to restore pre-accident condition.
• Replace damaged sections and glass; weld and repaint as needed.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and adherence to KPIs.
