Qualifications

• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Weld, fit parts, and repaint vehicles per factory specs or approved equivalents.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality and KPI targets.
• Assist with or perform related duties as assigned.
