Gerber Collision & Glass in Missouri is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous repair and restoration of vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles and work with the team to meet KPIs and uphold our Brand Ambassador promise.

You’ll plan repairs, estimate costs, use tools like cutting guns, plasma cutters, jacks, and hammers; realign chassis; replace parts and glass; and ensure quality work

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair must be completed.
• Ability to read job orders with minimal supervision and work with teammates.
• Thorough understanding of repair methods and proper use of trade tools.

Mansioni

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan execution.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to restore pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass; repair interior parts.
• Weld or fit parts and apply factory or equivalent paint finishes.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect for quality.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.
