Job summary

The Boyd Group Services in Bossier City, LA is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional service with precise vehicle repairs to pre-accident condition. You’ll contribute to speed, quality and customer excellence while aligning with the WOW operating standards.

You will follow safety guidelines, plan repair work, estimate costs, and work with tools like cutting guns, plasma cutters, jacks, hammers and pliers to restore vehicles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.
• Ability to read job orders with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of auto body repair tools and methods.
• Experience using repair shop tools to restore vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Realign chassis and frames for structural repair.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts.
• Weld and refinish surfaces to factory specifications or equivalents.
