Gerber Collision & Glass in Battle Creek, MI is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle assessment and high-quality repairs. You’ll disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, aligning with KPIs and acting as a Brand Ambassador of The Boyd Group.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus technical training or a 3-year apprenticeship.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program completion or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret job orders with minimal supervision.

Aufgaben

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repairs and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Repair dents, apply filler resins when needed.
• Realign chassis and repair structural damage.
• Replace or repair glass, interior parts; install parts as required.
• Weld and fit parts; repaint vehicles per specs.
• Complete work orders within labor guidelines and inspect finished work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
